Description of the internal space:

Suite 1: 1 Queen bed, split air conditioning, curtain, 43” smart TV with Netflix and Prime video, and other streams, table with work chair, lamp, pillows, and private bathroom.

Suite 2: 2 single beds with an assistant underneath, which can be combined and turned into a King bed., split air conditioning, curtain and 43” smart TV with Netflix and Prime video, and other streams, pillows, and private bathroom.

Living room: 1 double sofa bed, split conditioning, curtain and 55” smart TV with Netflix and Prime video, and other streams, Wine cellar. American kitchen bench, with 3 stools.

Fully equipped and new kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel stove, air fryer, electric coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electrolux filter, washing machine, all kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, forks, cups, snack bowl and pyrex dish. Crystal glasses.

On the balcony we have a table with 4 super comfortable chairs, a sink and a view of the garden and Tiê Residencial swimming pool.

We provide, at no additional cost, bed linen, pillows, bath towels, blankets and cleaning materials so that there is no need to worry other than enjoying your stay at Casa Dez.
